Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. She has devoted her life to this country and she will be sorely missed. We offer our deepest condolences to the Royal Family.

The Parish Council is making arangments for its Book of Condolence to be made availiable in the village and a location for laying of flowers.

There is currently a Book of Condolence at South Cambridgeshire Hall in Cambourne where flowers and tributes can be laid.

An official online book of condolence is available on the Royal Family website.

An online book of condolence has also been set-up by Cambridgeshire County Council. Messages left will be saved as a local archive. You can sign this local online book of condolence.

Cambridgeshire will also take part in a two minute silence planned at 11am on the day of the state funeral. A thanksgiving service will also be held at Great St Mary’s Church in Cambridge, Ely Cathedral and Peterborough Cathedral.
